The focus of the labs can be defined in six main activities: growing, harvesting, transforming, cooking, promoting and informing.

- Transparency of supply chain (farmers, delivery etc.);
- Inspiration of how to use the products;
- Supplementing tools to cook / work with ingredients;
- Direct conversation with farmers about processing methods.

FOOD LABS
- Talks, cooking-workshops with chefs;
- Innovation hub with experts from different fields: food scientists, service designer, entrepreneurs etc. constantly designing on “the future of food”;
- Open kitchen where food entrepreneurs, chefs, common people can use the infrastructure.
