The focus of the labs can be defined in six main activities: growing, harvesting, transforming, cooking, promoting and informing.

SHOWROOMS

Product islands arranged by trucks with information about:

  • ​Trucks itself: who works overall topic;
  • Timetable;
  • Footprint of products;
  • Transparency of supply chain (farmers, delivery etc.);
  • Inspiration of how to use the products;
  • Supplementing tools to cook / work with ingredients;
  • Direct conversation with farmers about processing methods.

  • Talks, cooking-workshops with chefs;
  • Innovation hub with experts from different fields: food scientists, service designer, entrepreneurs etc. constantly designing on “the future of food”;
  • Open kitchen where food entrepreneurs, chefs, common people can use the infrastructure.
