How it works? An electrical, wireless charger and app integrated vehicle
First of all, for both services customers will need to download the esseQUI App, in which the automatic trucks services are integrated.
esseVOI:

customers will download the app: register + personal information + payment card number;

they will order the truck at their doorstep like an Uber system;

when the truck arrives, it can be opened using the app;

hand selection of the products;

sensors on the shelves detect when a product has been removed → activate payment + receipt;

charge on customer’s account (“grab and go” software);

customer lock the truck through the app.
esseCASA:
It works with the same system of esseVoi, but in this case customers will order their food through the app, and once the purchase is done, they will receive a personal QR Code to unlock the locker inside the truck, in which their order will be in. The truck will come to their address right after the code generation or customers can also book a specific day/time to receive their purchase.
PS.: the trucks are temperature controlled for both cooling and heating, ensuring the food safety and no cash payments are allowed.
